TIER 1 is great for self-starters with no injuries or imbalances impacting your movement who want to harness the incredible benefits of this 12-week program. *If you have something wonky going on with your body, it’s HIGHLY recommended to upgrade to Tier 2, which includes a private biomechanics assessment via zoom and weekly group zooms. With the assessment, you receive an individualized 8-12 week custom program of corrective drills specific to your body’s imbalances/needs.
